Waiver & refund policy

Refunds & credits

Plans change. If your player can't make a session, let us know any time before the session starts by replying to your confirmation email or writing to teamdanielconsulting@gmail.com. You can choose:

• A full refund, back to your original payment method (card refunds usually show up in 5–10 business days), or
• A credit toward any future Team Daniel session.

If we ever have to cancel a session, everyone registered gets a full refund or credit, whichever they prefer.

Participation waiver

By registering, the parent or legal guardian of the player ("I") agrees to the following on behalf of myself and my player:

1. Assumption of risk. Basketball is a physical, competitive activity. I understand it involves risks including, but not limited to, sprains, fractures, concussions and other injuries, and I voluntarily accept those risks.
2. Fitness to participate. I confirm my player is in good health and has no medical condition that would prevent safe participation, or that I have told the coach about any such condition before the session.
3. Release. To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Carlos Daniel, Team Daniel Consulting, its organizers and volunteers, and Divine Savior Academy and its staff from any claims arising from my player's participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
4. Medical treatment. If I cannot be reached in an emergency, I authorize the coach to seek appropriate medical treatment for my player, and I accept responsibility for any resulting costs.
5. Conduct. My player will follow the coach's instructions and treat other players, coaches and the facility with respect. Players may be asked to sit out for unsafe or unsportsmanlike behavior.
6. Photos. Photos or short videos may be taken during sessions for coaching or to share on this website. If you'd prefer your player not appear, just let us know.
